We were the first few lucky classes that went for the Road Safety exercise. Lucky for us, it did not rain that day. At first it drizzled slightly and we were all worried that the whole thing would be called off. Thankfully, it stopped immediately and we got the chance to participate. Some lucky ones(unlucky ones?) were nominated to be the cylclist and the go-karters. What do you think? Do you think they were lucky or unlucky? Some thought it was more fun to cycle around, some thought it was tough to cycle.. some prefered to walk around... Summon or Saman? I keep hearing this..'Aiyo, I kena samban../saman...' Find out what is the right way to say it right..., right? No....don't turn right..alright.. Confused? Never mind..

As we are now in the second week, I realised that the days are beginning to fly by very quickly. As most of you would realised by now, I can be someone who is very firm with my expectations. I can be very stern and I can be very comical too. No matter what, boys and girls, I care for each and every one of you.
Something sad happened today. One of our classmates lost one of his grandparent. I know how he must have felt. I lost my grandmother about 15 years ago. I felt very sad as I didn't get to say goodbye to her. She passed on after years of fighting various ailments. Just to share a little bit about her.. she was a school teacher and a state basket ball player. She was a very special person. Anyway, I am sure she would be very proud to know that I followed her footsteps.

Welcome everyone to a new year! May this year brings you a renewed sense of hope and joy in all you do. As our class is comprised of pupils from different classes, I am sure there are many of you who feel a little insecure about each other. Don't worry, if we abide by our class rules that we have all set together, I am sure, everyone is going to fit in very well. Just like you, I feel excited about our new class. To be honest, I can't wait to get to know each and everyone of you. I wish I have more time.. Perhaps, with the time constraint, I am 'forced' to be discipline with my time so that I can quickly get to know you. Already, I can see the many talents in a lot of you...
